Develop your leader-coach approach
Facilitated by Cloé Caron, executive coach and author of the guide Empower Your Team, this mastermind group seeks to reflect on how the leader-caoch approach can have an impact on the independence, accountability and innovation of the team.

This group is for me if:
I am a manager, a leader, a team leader who wishes to develop my team members to take responsibility, to excel, by encouraging them to experiment and take up new challenges.
I am going to develop :
In order to be the leader my team needs, my main responsibility is to ensure that everyone can reach their full potential. To achieve this, I will be asked to identify my natural leadership style, understand those of others and develop the coaching posture for my team. This process , carried out individually and in groups, will allow me to develop new reflexes, ask the right questions, increase my listening skills and strengthen my ability to delegate.
What I will do with this learning
I will leave with the necessary tools to help my team take responsibility and excel by engaging in discussions that create clarity, open up reflection and generate options and solutions.
