Executive Assistant and Public Relations Assistant
o2 Coaching is a company mainly owned by female leadership. o2 Coaching is a firm specializing in coaching leaders. Our mission is to create a generation of inspiring and inspired leaders. In order to pursue this mission, we are looking for an executive and communications assistant. The position holder will report to the President and will be responsible for optimizing time management and daily activities, as well as promoting the company's image to clients, partners and the media.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Assistant
- Ensure the complete administration of the President's agenda, appointments, meetings, travel, calls and emails.
- Carry out various administrative support tasks, including the writing, layout, updating, production and linguistic revision of information documents for the President.
- Respond to all client requests.
Develop and submit applications for various awards, associations and competitions. - Carry out administrative support work in accounting (quarterly accounts, closing of fiscal year).
- Collaborate in team meetings and various related projects
Public Relations
- Exercise your leadership in a context of strategic leadership positioning.
- Manage and moderate the President's social media on a daily basis (Instagram, Linkedin and Facebook).
- Develop and maintain privileged relationships with the media, associations and business partners in collaboration with marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate press relations to help maximize media coverage of our activities, events and programs.
- Evaluate the impact of various public relations strategies (press releases, publications, etc.).
- Ensure the monitoring of opportunities on the web.
Your profile
- 5 years experience in public relations, communications, administration or related discipline.
- Bilingualism and strong oral and written communication skills in French and English.
Mastery of computer tools (Office 365, CRM, Quickbooks). - Significant experience with social networks.
- Versatility, autonomy, flexibility, team spirit, positive attitude, dynamism.
- Ease in planning and delivering several projects at once while respecting deadlines and budgets.
- Proven planning and organizational skills.
- Creativity and strong visual skills are essential.
Conditions
Start date: December 15, 2020
Status: 25 hours mandate per week with the possibility of a full time position.

Customer Account Manager
CUSTOMER ACCOUNT MANAGER

In order to pursue this mission, we are looking for a Customer Account Manager.
The position holder will report to the Marketing and Operations Manager and will play a key role within our organization. More specifically, the individual will be responsible for client portfolios, client project management and the development of partnership agreements. Key Responsibilities
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with clients (customer calls, follow-ups, presentations).
- Understand and target the needs of potential clients.
- Suggest solutions and tools adapted to clients' reality.
- Conceive, write and send service offers, using the service and price charter and do customer follow-up.
- Develop and conclude new partnership agreements.
Update the CRM on a daily basis. - Participate in the development and implementation of the sales and marketing plan.
- Ensure excellent postsales customer service.
PROJECT MANAGER
- Manages, plans, organizes, directs all dimensions of training and coaching projects concluded with companies: kick-off meeting, setting up cohorts in the learning platform, monitoring registrations, adapting communication models, monitoring budgets and deadlines, satisfaction and post-mortem surveys.
- Follow up on the status of the project with the client and internally.
- Ensure the quality of the deliverables.
- Ensures billing and follow-up of client payments.
Your profile
- Minimum experience of 5 years in account management.
Bilingualism and strong oral and written communication skills in French and English. - Mastery of IT tools (Office 365, CRM, LinkedIn ++).
- Customer-oriented, good listening skills and the ability to easily identify customer issues.
- Must be able to anticipate the client's needs and suggest solutions that meet those needs.
- Strong ability to establish and develop business relationships.
Initiative, adaptability, autonomy and organizational skills. - Passionate about the development of leaders and their teams.

Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in business coaching, executive coaching or team coaching
- Hold a professional certification (PCC an asset)
