Self-assessment: What is your leadership style?

We all have our natural leadership style, which we like to look back on and feel comfortable with - when we are stressed and out of instinct. If we are not mindful of the demands of the circumstances and the people with whom we collaborate, we will be stuck in our own natural style, which may or may not be suitable.

Leaders who express styles that have an exclusively short-term impact (i.e., the "directive" and "expert" styles), without employing other styles, will soon be obsolete. You can delve deeper into the subject by reading our latest blog post. 

Why should you know your leadership style?

Having coached hundreds of leaders and their teams to be more strategic and effective, we realized that one of the first steps in their evolution was to learn about themselves, particularly through leadership styles, in order to be able to adjust their posture.
