At only 38 years old, Marie Hélène Cloutier became Executive Director - Customer Experience for exo, the organization operating commuter trains, adapted transit and intercity buses in the Greater Montreal area. According to Cloé, Marie Hélène's ability for introspection partially explains her success in businesses such as Transdev and Keolis (Orléans Express).
