We met with Karl Tabakkh to discuss about how diversity and inclusion drive results and how it's is only half of the equation. Leaders also need cultivating a climate of trust to establish a culture in which all employees feel free to contribute ideas.

Karl Tabbakh is the Regional Managing Partner for Québec at McCarthy Tétrault and Co-Leader of the Firm’s International and Business strategy. With over 20 years of experience structuring, negotiating, executing and closing critical business transactions in Canada, the Middle East and globally, Karl is known for his deep business acumen, extensive global experience and exceptional relationship-building skills. He is the vice-chair of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce, and serves as director of the National Circus School and the Canada Arab Business Council.
