Develop your strategic leadership posture
Facilitated by Cloé Caron, executive coach and author of the guide Empower Your Team, this mastermind group aims for awareness of one's own Unique Strategic Contribution (USC) in order to better embrace change, create clarity, manage obstacles, and "lead" with the right mindset.

This group is for me if:
I am a leader, a manager, a team leader, an HR professional or a professional who needs more clarity in order to identify how to develop my leadership posture and achieve the highest strategic level.
What I am going to develop :
Before I becoming a good manager to others - for my team - I need to be a good manager to myself. I will therefore be invited to identify, develop and share my Unique Strategic Contribution (USC): what only I can accomplish at my highest strategic level. This process, both individual and in groups, will allow me not only to have a new perspective on the way I act as a leader, my mindset, my attitude and my behaviors, but also on the impact it has on my team. I will also be challenged to ask others about their USC in order to develop my ability to coach my team to determine their USC thereafter.
What I will do with this learning:
I will leave with a clear vision of the strategic level at which I must assume my leadership role, the mindset in which I want to fulfill it, and the behaviors I need to put in place to achieve it.
