REFLEXIONS
Preparatory actions
In order to optimize their learning and to be in the right mindset, participants will have to complete preparatory activities along the way, mostly before each training workshop.
VIRTUAL CLASSROOM
Training Workshops
Our program includes three online training sessions - facilitated by a coach - allowing you to learn, understand and act as a strategic leader-coach, according to our 3 levels of development (Leadng oneself, Leading others and Leading a team).
SUPPORT
Individual Coaching
Individual coaching sessions are offered after each of our training modules in order to facilitate the identification of behavioural changes and the actions to put in place to increase their impact.
TOOLS
Learning platform
Benefiting from microlearning - an innovative and flexible learning mode - participants can deepen their development through different formats of complementary content on targeted topics.
CODEVELOPMENT
Group Coaching
At the end of each of our modules, we offer group coaching (virtual meetings in small groups of no more than 20 people) in order to benefit from the experience of others and to optimize the participants' evolution.
SUBVENTION
Certificate of Training
Upon completion of the program, participants will receive a certificate for up to 25 hours of training (depending on the plan chosen). This attestation allows you, under certain conditions, to obtain government subsidies.
A bilingual program
Do you have offices across Canada or even internationally? No problem! If you wish to offer this program to several leaders in your various teams, our program is offered in both French and English.
